Leeb Family 2020

Hi! I’m Coach Christine👋

I believe parenting works best when we approach it as a team — making home a safe place to solve problems, build respect, and have fun!

I’m a mom of three (12, 14, 17), a Certified Parent Coach, and a Child Development Specialist. I’ve spent nearly 30 years working with children and families — as a teacher, an Education Director at a learning center, and for the past 12 years as a parent coach.

I’ve helped parents in my community and across the country navigate toddler meltdowns, teen/tween independence, and everything in between — giving families practical tools to reduce power struggles, improve communication, and build stronger, more connected relationships.

Be the Coach of Your Family Team

Whether you’re married, single, or divorced, I empower every parent to step confidently into their role as the Coach of their Family Team. I help you:

  • Lead with calm when chaos hits

  • Set rules and routines with confidence and consistency

  • Build connection and trust with your child every day

  • Build your child’s character
  • Bring unity and teamwork to any challenge

Parenting isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll guide, encourage, and equip you to lead your family with confidence, connection, and teamwork — helping you create the home and relationships you’ve been hoping for.

Let’s Team Up. You’ve got this—and I’ve got you.

~Coach Christine

Meet My Team…

My team includes my husband, Brad, of 25 years, with whom I constantly quote Friends; our three awesome (and exhausting) kids, now 17, 14, and 12, from whom I shamelessly hide brownies; and a handful of quirky rescue pets: Rizzo, our anxious dog; Ozzie, our one-eyed cat; and Pierre, our 18-year-old turtle.

Family time is a top priority for me. I love honoring our fun (and sometimes crazy) family traditions, creating new ones, and spending time outdoors (hiking or kayaking are my favorite!). I also treasure quiet times with God, catching up with friends over wine, and the occasional date night with Brad when we can steal a little alone time.

    My Story

My heart for coaching parents was born out of my own hardest seasons of motherhood.

After four years of infertility and deep depression, I finally became a mom—something I had prayed for and longed for. But when motherhood arrived, so did overwhelming anxiety, unresolved childhood trauma, and later postpartum depression. I loved my children fiercely… and yet I felt completely undone.

When my kids were toddlers—three little ones under the age of five—I struggled daily. The noise, the mess, the tantrums, the constant needs. I felt angry, overstimulated, overwhelmed, and out of control. I yelled. I shut down. I didn’t know how to handle their BIG emotions when I could barely manage my own. I scared myself at how frustrated I got with them!!

Many nights, I sat outside their bedroom doors after bedtime, crying and replaying the day, wondering why motherhood felt so hard and why I felt like such a failure. In my exhaustion and desperation, I prayed: “Lord, please help me. I just can’t do this anymore!”

    And He did.

God gently led me to learn what young children truly need—and what parents (especially moms) needed too. I learned all about child development, behavior, and the brain. I became a parent coach, earned my master’s degree in Psychology, and began building practical tools that helped me parent with more calm, confidence, and connection.

Those toddler years were the most challenging season of my life—which is why I have a deep passion for helping parents (especially moms) during these early years. But every stage of parenting brings its own joys and challenges. (I have 3 tween/teens now–so I know!)

If you’re overwhelmed, discouraged, frustrated, or wondering why parenting doesn’t look like you imagined, I see you. I’ve been there.

During my hardest parenting moments, I learned to find guidance, support, and practical tools that helped me parent with more calm, confidence, and connection. I want to walk alongside you, meet you where you are, and remind you that you’re not alone. I’m still learning and growing — right alongside you, every step of the way.

    Your tools were a game-changer

Christine provided me a positive perspective and practical strategies for everyday life. Other parenting “experts” don’t consider different disciplinary options or the unique challenges of foster or adoptive families like ours. Thank you for all the tools you’ve given us—they’ve been a true blessing.

The support I’ve received from Christine has been amazing.

I honestly don’t feel I could have done what I’ve done as a virtually “single”working mom of 6 without her prayers, help and support. I hope Christine continues to be my coach until my kids are grown and after for my grandkids. 🙂 She’s the best and I’m so grateful for her

As an only parent, I had a lot of guilt

about my toddler’s behaviors and skills and how much my parenting, the loss of his father, and the pandemic may have impacted his development. You helped me to feel less frustrated with my toddler’s behaviors. I feel like I am able to stay calm much more of the time because I always have a tool to use to address the situation. Now I can be more present with my kids and to focus on what is really important in my kids’ development.
